Dream Treasure App offers various subscription plans for property listings and service packages. These may include: One-time service packages: Payable once, providing access to specific features or services. Recurring service packages: Subscriptions that renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Once Subscribed, No Cancellation: All subscriptions to property listings or service packages, whether one-time or recurring, are final and cannot be cancelled once the subscription is confirmed. Once you have subscribed to a plan or package, you will not be able to cancel the subscription, and it will remain active until its validity period ends.

Expiration of Subscription:

For recurring service packages, the subscription will continue to renew automatically until the end of the selected term or until the subscription is manually deactivated before the next renewal date. For one-time service packages, the subscription will remain valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase, and no cancellation will be allowed before the expiration.

No Refunds: All payments made for subscriptions to property listings or service packages are non-refundable. Once a package has been subscribed to and the payment is processed, there will be no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to user dissatisfaction, change of mind, or technical issues.

Completion of Subscription: Subscriptions will end when their validity period is reached, and no refund or compensation will be offered for unused time or services.

Service Interruptions

While Dream Treasure LLP strives to provide uninterrupted access to all services, we are not liable for any service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., network issues, maintenance, third-party service failures). No refunds or credits will be provided for such interruptions.

Subscription Renewals

Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel them before the renewal date. You will be notified prior to any upcoming renewal. However, once renewed, the subscription is non- refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Changes to the Policy

Dream Treasure LLP reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Dream Treasure App after the changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
